Update
Every year before Mother's Day, we four get together for some Mother-Daughter time. A yearly or more often tradition.
Our chariot delivered us to Palm Springs for the day. First stop Las Casuelas for lunch.
On our way into town we saw a dog driving a car!
We pulled along side to get a better view.
A star! Obviously used to the attention.
Downtown, we stopped to see the car installation.
I tried to get it from all angles.
Adjacent to the car, I found a yard full of crawling babies.
There was also shopping, charging the chariot, Starbucks and more. We are a very compatible group with lots of practice.

It looks like you had lots of fun in Palm Springs. It is so nice that you are so close you can go over for the day if you like. Your mother's day heart piece is so colorful. Happy Mother's Day, Jacki!

Thanks so much, John. Yes, basically an hour away depending on traffic, going to Palm Springs is doable. I remember when you were down here, you visited friends in Palm Springs.
