Today was Day 18 of homestay or as Susan calls hers, house arrest.
WonderWoman quarantined me days before the government.

Today WonderWoman delivered fresh tangerine juice
and Lemon Cappellini, with arugula, both favorites.
So good to see her, even at a distance.
Later I escaped for an hour, with WW's okay if
I stayed in the car and wore gloves to receive food.

This is my view as I pulled out, one human & one dog walking.

Very few cars at Tustin MarketPlace. A rare sight.

I was going to Miguel Jr's for tacos at 11:30 am.

Fifth in line, 4 shredded beef tacos to go.
2 for lunch and 2 for dinner, all long gone as I write.
I checked in with the Superheroes & Grandhunks.

GH#2 used Zoey for weight, as he did curls and squats.
The reservoir they used to walk is now closed.

Grandhunks 3, 2 & 1 love Jenga. Zoey observes.

Laker says his naptime used to be a lot quieter.

If you want a 4-minute video on escape techniques, I loved this video of Stoffle, the Badger, here. I think you'll be surprised.

I found some acrylic backgrounds on a large sheet of w/c paper.
Just large brushstrokes of colors I rarely use.
I folded then tore it into 12 postcard pieces.

My goal, to make postcards to send to the artists in my last class.

I started by trying to see some direction on the card.

It doesn't look too promising, but I'll try collage.

This is a work-in-progress, I will show it when completed.
There are lots of art activities and classes available online.
What are you doing with your home time?

The California poppy color is just the best choice! Excited to see what comes out of the work in progress. :-)

Love your creativity which I only can admire.
But I also love your "smiles". They really help me to feel better. Where do you find so many? It's fantastic what people are able to create as an answer to this strange situation.
Kind greetings!

Thank you and kind greetings to you, dear Elenor,
You are very creative. but I do find it harder to get work done during all of the new uncertainty. However, I do feel something positive may come out of all the mess. Please take good care and be safe Elenor.

Thanks so much, Betty, for your kind comments. I love to get feedback.
I am spending more time as I am trying to lift my spirits too. It is a crazy time. I am gradually getting back to my artwork. Please take care and be safe!
