When you have time, space, equipment to do a job, but you don't. Then beat yourself up because you are not productive? I am experiencing that and have given myself a pass because I think I remember reading somewhere that it is normal when people are compromised by a new environment or under unfamiliar stress.

I am so blessed to have a friend (& artist) Val who tells me
it's okay. It doesn't matter what my dilemma, I hear her
comforting voice saying it's okay. And it is. I'm learning.
