2GN2S - A Feel Good Story

Every team needs a good luck charm ...

and for Loyola University Chicago's basketball team, it comes in the form of the beloved Sister Jean. If you have watched March Madness over the years, you may be familiar with Sister Jean.

The 101-year-old nun reached TV fame in 2018 after cameras showed her pre-game prayer and her cheering from the sidelines as the team went on a Cinderella run at the NCAA tournament.

Three years on and her love for the team has only strengthened and now, fully vaccinated against Covid-19, she's enjoying watching Loyola compete in this year's March Madness. She was there when they lost, but still supporting her team.

Thanks so much, John. I do love old photos and almost equally junk mail.
Thanks again for your kind words.

It's so good to see someone so happy as sister Jean. That it is possible to have so much fun at the age of 101 is really promising.
Loved today's blog again - thanks!

Jacki,

I look forward to the beautiful birds you feature every day. Also liked
Sister Jean being so active and lively at her elevated age. Thanks for all
of your daily input. Jane
