Map drawn from memory helps man reunite with family decades after abduction
A man who was abducted as a child in China more than 30 years ago
has been reunited with his parents – thanks to social media, online
sleuths and a crude map drawn from memory.
Li Jingwei was only 4 years old when he was kidnapped by a man he
knew from his family’s village in southwestern Yunnan province in 1988.
He was taken to live with another family in central Henan province,
where he grew up, according to state-run news outlet The Paper.
Even as a young child, Li realized he had been taken far from home
– but he had no way of returning even as he grew older, he told The
Paper. He didn’t remember his birth name, his parents’ names or the name
of his village.

Grandhunk #1 completed a 48 hour EMT shift at 7am Christmas morning, GH#3 worked late Saturday. So, Grandhunks 1 &3 were supposed to fly to Nevada from O.C at 10 am and arrive here, Sunday at 11, but the flight was delayed over and over. Southwest was saying they were waiting on their flight attendants?
All day, until Superman frustrated by the fact that there were no other flights the rest of today or tomorrow, called Jet Suite and got the ...
last two seats, so they got in at 5:58pm, and here at 6:45 pm a little weary but glad to be here.
Some food and conversation, then unload the tree!
Thanks for coming by today

More great family pics. Thanks, Jacki! Enjoy your time with family.
Need I mention that I love your collage? Yes, I think so, because everybody likes to hear a compliment.
Have a good time full of laughter and joy.
Thanks so much dear Elenor. It has been great and I am glad the same is for you.
Love your color choices in Separation. It is fun to see your daughter's house in Nevada. Quite a place!
Thanks, John. I agree on the colors, a bit unusual for Ukraine, but I am so tired of the darks. Yes, Erin's place feels like a luxury hotel! I am home now.
