2GN2S ...

"Hero" incredible people who are using their unique skills and experiences to make the world a better place.

Aidan Reilly, whose organization curbs food waste and addresses hunger at the same time. Reilly co-founded the Farmlink Project during the pandemic to help struggling families and food banks. Now, the project's young volunteers have rescued nearly 77 million pounds of excess food and deliver it to those in need. Read Aidan's story here

Continuing from yesterday's blog #3759 here and the previous #3758 here to see all of the OCMA photos.

This guy was just standing in the gallery. Pretty realistic? I always think I see movement.

I really liked this installation, fruit packing cardboard boxes, tied together ...

then painted and collage.

And a second favorite, an installation of Dole banana packing boxes, with a banana man painted.

Close up of banana man and his hand.

There was a stunning collection of large fine polymer sculptures on the mezzanine gallery. Valerie waving.

A huge mirrored sculpture in the museum gift shop,
the opposite side was display cubicles.

Also from the gift shop, unusual porcelain cups with animal handles.

I really hope you get to go to the Orange County Museum of Art. There is so much to see beyond the few I selected.

A 4-minute video, The Walkhere.

Just because ...

Spotted Pardalote

Smiles for Monday ...

I was really impressed by the project of saving food for those who can't afford to buy it. Aidan Reilly really is a hero.
Of course, your collage is striking Jacki. Just 3 pieces, but they are shaped and placed so well.
