 Update ...

I had planned to write this for Saturday. That is when the funeral for my cousin Donna will happen in Indiana. But, I am hurting now, and writing will help release the pressure cooker. We were five cousins. Katha, Donna, Nancy, me, and Martha, by age.

Martha, Nancy and Donna, 2017

Donna, Nancy and Martha are sisters, as close as any sisters can be. I envied that, their love for each other was palpable. Donna was  tall, strong, and always caring, smiling and organized.

2013

All three sisters were married at 22 after they finished college. I was at Donna's wedding in 1959 and cried like a baby, it was so beautiful. Donna and Bob were high school sweethearts, and married for 61 years. Always together, trips, visits and delivering meals on wheels

2017

Donna had been a terrific first grade teacher and had a proclivity for lists and organization. WonderWoman said just yesterday, "Aunt Donna is busy organizing heaven" and she is surely right. Always smiling that great smile.

Donna truly cared for everyone and went out of her way to help others. She will be greatly missed. I pray for heartbroken husband, Bob. Also, daughter Sheryl and son Scott. And the grandchildren, Justin, Donovan, Jayden, Julia, Masin, Lucy, Nick and Joe. Donna was looking forward to the end of Covid and being able to go to a show and pizza with her granddaughters.

I love you Donna, we are so much less without you.

Oh Jacki, I am so sorry to read about your cousin Donna's passing. She sounds like a truly wonderful woman. May God help you heal the hole left in your heart by her passing. She is an angel in heaven now and will be helping God organize the "Angel Squad"!

So sorry for your loss, Jacki!I'm sure if there were more warmhearted and caring people like her the world would be a better place.
Thinking of you and sending you and all her loved ones good thoughts and prayers.

Dear Jacki, LOved ones live on in the beautiful memories they've given
us. So smile and think of what Donna has left you that will be with you
always. Gems of memory never die.

Missy Cat Hat is in place with her sisters. They all look colorfully
happy. Thanks so much. Sorry for your loss. Love and hugs, Jane
