Doing nothing is definitely underrated.
You can't actually say it is productive, but maybe
necessary at times? Aka stagnant, today was one of those.
I have found that when I am in this state,
doing something for someone else is my miracle cure.
Do you have these days?
What do you do? Please let me know?

2GN2S

How about a Gorilla shower?

Tumani, a critically endangered western lowland gorilla,
is expecting her first baby and the Audubon Zoo in
New Orleans has created a registry especially for
the blessed event. The zoo's animal care and veterinary
team filled it with plenty of the baby necessities,
like cozy blankets and a sandbox, plus specific items.

Tumani

A critically endangered gorilla is about to be a mom,

and she's using a doll for practice, more here.

To answer your yesterday's question, I can tell you our heat weave stopped today with heavy thunderstorms which caused lots of damage in some areas of the country. Autumn is arriving for sure.

The red is almost the heart of the piece. :-)

Thanks so much, Elenor, I love to hear from you.
I am sorry your heatwave caused damage. Somehow it doesn't seem like august to me I am months behind? Our heatwave is ongoing as is the 60% humidity which we rarely have. We also have the terrible fires that have devoured so many acres. Thanks again for your kind words, they make my day! Love to you and your family.
