Do you like home shows? DIY show? Food shows?
I do. I like all three, more so since the pandemic.
You may remember granddog Laker, visiting several days lately, as WonderWoman and Superman redid(?) their downstairs with shiplap,
wallpapers, new furniture etc. It turned out beautifully, but WW wasn't good with the messes during the process. All is fine now.

I particularly like the show, Good Bones.

A HGTV show with a mother/daughter duo Karen E. Laine and Mina Starsiak transforming properties in and around their hometown of Indianapolis. Karen's legal background and Mina's real estate knowledge help them secure diamonds in the rough, and then they hire out and help with demo and construction duties to get the houses done on time and on budget. I love their relationship.

What do you watch, or do you?

Do you have an Acupulco near you? Run right over for
60 cent tacos all day today to celebrate their 60th Anniversary.

The beloved neighborhood favorite Acapulco, known for infusing the festive flavors of Mexican-coastal cuisine with California’s freshness and innovation, has been serving Southern California since 1960. This month, the restaurant—an Xperience Restaurant Group concept—invites guests to celebrate their 60th Anniversary on Thursday, September 24, with 60-cent tacos all-day (11 a.m. to 11 p.m.) at all locations (Costa Mesa, Long Beach, Downey, and Glendale), with choice of al pastor, carnitas, grilled chicken, and carne asada. Adding to the celebrations will be live DJ entertainment starting at 5 p.m. and happy hour specials from 3-8 p.m., bringing the anniversary fiesta to life. Acapulco remains committed to safely serving its communities.

Locations throughout Southern California include Glendale, Long Beach, Downey, and Costa Mesa (now offering indoor seating at 25% occupancy). Visit the website here for a list of addresses.
