Update:

WonderWoman invited me to lunch at Rosine's in Anaheim Hills.

Rosine's is a family-run eatery dishing up
Lebanese-inspired eats & wine in a festive space.

I had FATTOUSH aka ROSINE'S SALAD
After, WW had made a 1:15 pedicure appointment for us.
Now open,  I had not had a pedicure since February 9th,
so Sue had her work cut out working on my talons!
WW got a shot, as proof.

At the top of my list, has to be Mother-Daughter time.
Thank you WonderWoman.

Heroes Among Us

Three remarkable indigenous pageant queens are making sure their communities are safe and educated, even while the pandemic has brought normal pageant outreach activities to a halt. Miss Navajo Nation Shaandiin Parrish (above) has been helping teams in her community distribute food and supplies, and is helping educate people about the virus and how to stay safe. Sadly, coronavirus disproportionately affects Native Americans and Alaska Natives. Cheyenne Ette Kippenberger, the first member of the Seminole Tribe of Florida to win Miss Indian World, has continued her mission of speaking virtually about mental health in Native communities. But now, she has started a social media campaign to get indigenous people to complete the census — a huge key to getting representation and resources. Miss Native American USA Lexie Michael James is doing the same on the Hopi reservation, and is also teaming up with friends to donate school supplies to families with children.

Smiles for Friday ...

Great to see you together with your daughter. Spending time with family is the best way to stay happy and healthy.
This weekend I won't see mine but we had a wonderful time together last weekend. So I must not complain. And I will see them on my phone, yeah!
Have a wonderful weekend, dear Jacki!
