I am so lucky. My good friend Irene texted me yesterday to see if I was free to meet her today, (Wednesday) for lunch in Westminster by ASW. It's sort of equidistant from our homes.
A while back, I had some beautiful Japanese cotton in a lovely pattern. I can't sew and so I gave it to multi-talented Irene. And she wore the dress she made from it today! What a great surprise.
