Well I have had two outing in two days, and both were great. Saturday, good friend, Irene & I met at 2nd&PCH which is an outdoor mall in Long Beach. It was a lovely day. and we were there to celebrate Irene's birthday (11/7) belatedly and shop. This was our view from out table for lunch at Ole Mexican Kitchen.
(* a tiny bit of the Pacific for Rad Nana in Colorado)
It was a lovely day, leisurely shopping, eating, and more shopping. Special time, even a few hours with a dear friend is priceless. Do it as often as you can manage.
... is a big, barn-like building filled with a jillion tv's, all on different channels and games. It's really loud, so we sat outside. They have a huge menu, HUGE!
You can see that some were happy to obey, some were being coaxed, and some couldn't care less? The human director tried hard. I guess they were a group of small dog aficionados, from purse size to leash size.
We had Asian cheeseburger egg rolls, boneless, spicy Asian wings, and Supreme pepperoni pizza and we shared everything ... so delicious. GH#2 (Jake) liked the Asian cheeseburger egg rolls best, I liked the pizza first, but all were so good. I love being with this guy and why I took photos of food when the big, handsome hunk was right in front of me? Am I losing it?

Jacki, I love how you used bits of junk mail with text to compose such an exciting collage. And you couldn't have found a better title!
To hear that you spent happy hours with a dear friend and GH#2 made me happy too. It's so important for us to be in nice company, isn't it?
Yes indeed, Elenoe, precious times must be sought out and cherished.
The blue that you found in your junk mail to create this piece….just amazing! :-)
Thanks John, I do like this one and that blue. ;o)
