This is still me, mentally, but I am trying to push the physical a bit more each day? Kaizen.

TMI

Still not 100%, whatever that is? On November 3, I got my flu shot and 4th Covid vacine, same time different arms. The first three earlier Covid vacines had been Mederma, but this time Kaiser only had Pfizer. I was able to help with out Inter-dojo tournament on Sunday, November 5th. The following week was normal until.

I had planned to ride out of state, with Superman, WonderWoman and granddog, Zoey, November 11. But that became impossible. I was more tired than ever in my memory. The kind of tired, where it hurts to think?

I promised and did go to Kaiser, Urgent Care on Sunday, November12. A three hour "patient, patience marathon". None of us. staff or patients wanted to spend our Sunday there, but you had to feel a little proud to get in the car and go home.

Sorry to hear of you reaction. I had Medera &flu at the VA with only a sore arm. Jo-Ann got the same at CVS but her arm hurt pretty good for about three or four days.(And she rarely complains about anything).
