Todays cover art was done for Art Supply Warehouse, 2014.

journal daring for Wild Child.
I have a lot of journals but haven't done as much in the past year.
I do intend to correct that in 2020, doing at least a page a day.

It was for a promotion to sell papers at ASW. I used ASW papers.

I was given a 40x40" canvas free use of ASW handmade papers.

And three hours to create something that would sell papers.

ASW set up a tent to work under and chairs for spectators.

I used a standing easel on a very hot day in Westminster.

Using gel medium to adhere the paper layers to the canvas.

Close-ups:

Upper right of 40x40' canvas

Three hours later Wild Child was done.

If you are in ASW, it is hung on the right back wall.

A smile for Monday ...

OMG! Love Wild Child. Love that you shared steps. Now I have a question.....have you ever created a portrait of a celebrity or family member or a self portrait? :-)
