Billionaire stuns grads with $1,000 gift
Billionaire Rob Hale surprised graduates during his commencement speech at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth by gifting two envelopes containing $1,000 - one to keep themselves and another envelope to gift to to a person or charity in need.

I had errands today, but rather than bore you with those details, in between stops, I saw this gorgeous bougainvillea climbing a tall Washingtonian palm tree, With the most vibrant reds, it said to me , shoot me, I'll be your star! Was it right?
