Thursday we woke early, finished packing and checked out of ...
a really charming home away, while we were in Santa Fe.
We left Santa Fe for Albuquerque Airport.
After returning the rental car, we were ready to wait.
This airport is western themed and has comforting
beige and rust color scheme.
A contrast from industrial look of LAX.

During our wait to board, we did some people watching.
I thought you might enjoy seeing my brunch?
A $4 coke and banana bread = $8.50.
took off for the 1 hour 35 minute flight to LAX.
Once at Irene's home, I set off for Tustin at 4:03 pm,
knowing I would deal with rush hour and freeway traffic.
The 55 miles took two hours.
Palos Verde Road, Crenshaw Boulevard to 405, to 22 to 55.
Small but welcoming, Home Sweet Home!
Unpack, laundry and repeat packing for tomorrow's
Mother-Daughter weekend trip to Palm Springs.
I have over 100 unused Santa Fe photos yet to share.
adding just a few here.

Thanks for stopping by, I hope you'll join me from Palm Springs?
