Happy Easter Jacki. Complicated is mysterious and compelling. And of course I love the bunny and it’s shadow!
Although I know you won’t be with your family today, you have so many, I am one of them thinking of you and wishing the best outcome tomorrow. Love, Irene
Oh, I forgot, Yes to remembering the tomato pin cushion with sand filled strawberry. Thanks for the history.
Everything will go perfectly tomorrow...
Yeah for sunglasses! Happy Easter to you, too. :-). Thinking of you during your surgery.
Dear Jacki,
We, like you, are sitting here at home missing the usual family Easter get together, but very grateful that we live in a time where these issues of aging (at least some of them) can be fixed. Can you get WW to post when your surgery is over and you are resting comfortably waiting for the healing to begin?
I love the bunny pancakes and can't wait to present them to my little grands. Also, of course we had that pin cushion. But I did not know about the details. Happy Easter and know that you are loved, not only by your family, but by so many others who count ourselves lucky to be your friend.
Thanks so much, Irene. It is always a treat to hear from you. I really appreciate your kind words of encouragement, they really help. I involuntarily woke up wide awake at 4am this morning as I will tomorrow, so I guess my body wanted a trial run?
Thanks so much, Bea, I treasure your kind words.
Thank you, John. I sp appreciate your daily kind words. Take good care.
Thanks, Carrol, you always say the nicest things. It's funny, I thought of you when I saw the bunny pancakes and was pretty sure your grandkids would be getting them? Thanks again.
What a lovely story about Pincushion Tomato. I didn't know anything of it. Actually I only learned about pincushions a few years ago when I signed up to Pinterest which opened a new world to me. That in the time after my burnout break down when i started to think about what I would like to do. On Pinterest I discovered a lot of cutes pincushions which were little artworks. I even made a few bottle cap pincushions before i got interested in Gelli printing and collaging. And then I found your blog and you encouraged me to start making collages.
Jacki know, I too will think of you tomorrow sending prayers.
My husband got the date for his vaccination an hour ago. As I'm a year younger I expect mine in the next days.
Jacki, I hope you can sleep a bit before this great step.
Happy Easter, I hope that all goes well.

Dear ELENOR, THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR ALWAYS KIND AND ENCOURAGING WORDS. CAPS WERE UNINTENTIONAL, BUT I WILL CONTINUE> I AM A HUNT AND PECK TYPIST, SO I MAKE A LOT OF MISTAKES. I AM HOPING YOU WILL GET BACK TO YOUR COLLAGES. MATBE IN A LITTLE BOOK AND DO ONE A DAY WHEN YOU FEEL LIKE IT. IT REALLY IS THERAPEUTIC. PLEASE TAKE GOOD CARE.
OH HOW COOL, SPIDERMAN!!! Wow, so great to hear from you! How did you find this silly blog? I am wishing you and your beautiful family a wonderful Easter. I guess I am a stalkerm? I saw your hansdsome son, the runner and he looks so much like you! You really made my day!
Thanks. Roy sent me a friend request on Facebook and then I saw your other Facebook profile. I sent you a friend request for that one and that is how I saw your blog. It is fun and you have been doing it consistently for a while - over 3000!
Happy Easter, Jacki. I enjoyed your Easter material and liked the detail of the pin cushion. I've got one that's been around for years, so I always know where to find a needle and pins. I'm always looking for items that have been misplaced, but needles and pins are always in the same place. I also liked your lady with the sunglasses. Jane
Thanks, Jane, Happy Easter!!I love that you have the tomato pin cushion, but does your still have the strawberry? I have only seen one in the photo. Seems most got lost over time. Please take good care!
