 Grandparents at the Racetrack

Emerald Downs racetrack in Washington State held its first Grandparents Weekend, featuring a “Grandparents Race” on Sunday that had more than 20 runners participate.

A video shared by Emerald Downs shows  25 grandparents coming out of the horse gates in an approximately 40-yd foot race. Video shows two of the grandparents tumbling on the dirt track, but no one was injured.

Steve Butler of Everett, Washington, was crowned the winner of the inaugural “Grandparents Race.”

Grandparents Weekend included free entry to the racetrack for grandparents and prize drawings.

Can You Rubik's Cube?

A 21-year-old man solved a Rubik's Cube in the time it took to read this headline. He once had motor skill challenges. Now he's the world's fastest Rubik's cube solver. 3.13 seconds.  Max Park, a 21-year-old speedcuber from Long Beach, California, made history achieving the fastest time to solve a Rubik's Cube ever recorded, according to Guinness World Records. Unbelievable video here.

Your use of color…blue in this case….adds even more emotion to his face. Striking! :-)

Thanks, John. I often do him in black and white for effect, but I thought this version was even more emotional.
