I haven't done much art since back from the trip.
Jet lag has turned my sleep pattern upside down.
I know it will get better, just not yet.

Tonight at 10:10 as a reward for watching "This is US",
I made a deal that I would do a digital collage.
To push it, I used unusual components.

I started with an old photo of a package ...

step 1

and added another old starter jpg on top ...

step 2

a previously altered face photo, but had to rotate the angle.

step 3

I added texture, originally I was going to change the hair, but didn't.

step 4

From there it was a  matter of combining layers with various filters.

As so often happen, on my way to where I thought I was going,
I stumbled on a combination that I liked and stayed with it.

Thus, Patricia.

One of my favorite WW stories ...

as mentioned yesterday,
Superman and WonderWoman have recently taken up golf.
It reminded me of  back when my Grandhunks were little hunks,
about age 6, 5 and almost 4, they took golf lessons.
Maybe 14 years ago ...
their parents took them to the club driving range to practice.

GH #3, 2004

WW, who is blessed with her Dad's athletic ability,
picked up a club and hit the ball a mile.
The club Pro noticed and came trotting over,
saying, "Are you interested in taking up golf?"

WW replied, "Nah, I just like to hit things."

Coaches & teammates on her volleyball, softball teams
and friends in the dojo would probably agree.

A PLANE IS ON ITS WAY TO TORONTO , WHEN A BLONDE IN ECONOMY CLASS
GETS UP AND MOVES TO THE FIRST CLASS SECTION AND SITS DOWN.
THE FLIGHT ATTENDANT WATCHES HER DO THIS AND ASKS TO SEE HER TICKET.
SHE THEN TELLS THE BLONDE THAT SHE PAID FOR ECONOMY CLASS
AND THAT SHE WILL HAVE TO SIT IN THE BACK.
THE BLONDE REPLIES, "I'M BLONDE, I'M BEAUTIFUL,
I'M GOING TO TORONTO AND I'M STAYING RIGHT HERE."
THE FLIGHT ATTENDANT GOES INTO THE COCKPIT AND TELLS
THE PILOT AND THE CO-PILOT THAT THERE IS A BLONDE BIMBO
SITTING IN FIRST CLASS, THAT BELONGS IN ECONOMY AND
WON'T MOVE BACK TO HER SEAT.
THE CO-PILOT GOES BACK TO THE BLONDE AND TRIES TO
EXPLAIN THAT BECAUSE SHE ONLY PAID FOR ECONOMY
SHE WILL HAVE TO LEAVE AND RETURN TO HER SEAT.
THE BLONDE REPLIES, "I'M BLONDE, I'M BEAUTIFUL,
I'M GOING TO TORONTO AND I'M STAYING RIGHT HERE."
THE CO-PILOT TELLS THE PILOT THAT HE PROBABLY SHOULD
HAVE THE POLICE WAITING WHEN THEY LAND TO ARREST THIS BLONDE
WOMAN WHO WON'T LISTEN TO REASON.
THE PILOT SAYS, "YOU SAY SHE IS A BLONDE?
I'LL HANDLE THIS, I'M MARRIED TO A BLONDE. I SPEAK BLONDE."
HE GOES BACK TO THE BLONDE AND WHISPERS IN HER EAR,
AND SHE SAYS, "OH, I'M SORRY." AND GETS UP
AND GOES BACK TO HER SEAT IN ECONOMY.
THE FLIGHT ATTENDANT AND CO-PILOT ARE AMAZED
AND ASKED HIM WHAT HE SAID TO MAKE HER MOVE WITHOUT ANY FUSS.
"I TOLD HER, 'FIRST CLASS ISN'T GOING TO TORONTO."

Home from the fabulous Mother Daughter trip,
here, here, & here.
I pushed to go to day class today,
and after crashed in a too long nap.
Have you done that? Waking & don't know what day it is?
So, now I pay the price, but it was worth every minute,
what's that saying "time to pay the piper?"

I don't usually post jokes,
but this, to me, is worth the exception?

A husband and wife who worked for the circus
went to an adoption agency.  The social workers
there raised doubts about their suitability.

The couple then produced photos of their 50-foot motor home, which was clean, well maintained & equipped with a beautiful nursery. The social workers then raised concerns about the education a child would receive while in the couple's care.

"We've arranged for a full-time tutor who will
teach the child all the usual subjects along with
French, Mandarin, and computer skills."

Then the social workers expressed concern about a
child being raised in a circus environment. Our nanny will
be a certified expert in pediatric care, welfare, and diet."
The social workers were finally satisfied.

She asked, "What age child are you hoping to adopt?"
"It doesn't really matter ... as long as the kid fits in the cannon."

Thanks Raquel!
