I have a dear friend, Lynn, in Colorado

who sometimes misses the Pacific, so ...

I occasionally have a "Pacific Check",

so she knows it's there and well.

After day 2 of our 3 day workshop with Orly ...

most of us went to the beautiful Palos Verde coast ...

seeing Catalina Island in the distance ...

while hiking down to the water.
