Can you see the white dots?
No, not litter, but instead 4-legged employees.
It's fire season here, almost year-round. Anaheim Hills and other homeowner associations hire the goats! A lovely and useful addition to the neighborhood.
They also hire the dogs, as shepherds.
"How was your day, Dear?"
“La Mujer de la Carga,” a sculpture by Juanjo Novella in Torrejón de Ardoz, Spain, portrays a woman burdened with household objects while caring for her children. It symbolizes the heavy, invisible labor of domestic life, often dismissed as “doing nothing,” yet essential to family and society’s survival and well-being.
Saturday's Smiles ...

Jacki, that's such a touching blog. Thank you.
I like your collage (wow!), then the story about the goats. The sculpture of the woman doing nothing expressed exactly what I was thinking today: how much time do we spend every day only to "survive"? I'm not complaining, I'm glad that I can still manage everything alone and I know how blessed I am living in a "rich" country, no war, no environmental difficulties, a montly income, being able to make a little art, ... what else should I wish ...
And last but nor least, your smiles again were perfect.
Thank you, have a wonderful Sunday.
Thank you so much, Anonymous, I really appreciate you taking your time to comment. I never know what each daily blog will be until I ramble into it? Thanks again.
