I am a slightly improved procrastinator. Slightly. I had a smile to share about procrastinating being a good thing, I'll try to find it before I post today's ramblings.

Side story
, this morning I got a call from WW and I told her about my knee yesterday. ("
I had severe knee pain yesterday, which was our Eastside Art meeting day, and it is apparently gone today, so maybe it will just be one of those things where the arthritis flares up on rainy days? If so, I will add weather lady to my resume.") About then a male voice said "we'll have to get you a wheel chair, or a really fancy wheelbarrow." I thought it was Superman chirping in, and since SM works from home and it was his birthday, I promptly sang Happy Birthday to him. I do this to all of my family. But WW said, that it was Zack aka GH#3,"we are on a walk and thought we would call you." Not to be defeated, I said, "Okay, Zack now you need to relay it to your Dad, that will be funny". I usually call and sing early to start their day off, but today I waited so Zack would call him first. This evening I called and sang, and asked if he had any other singers? No? Aw, Zack?

"Seems I am always behind on what I want to get done, but being a seasoned procrastinator, that is my norm." me.

We have a new Baja Taco by me, and it is wonderful, and the best guacamole ever. I get it once a week and bring it home. I thought you would want to know.

Every year, millions of red crabs march from the forests of Christmas Island to the ocean to breed — one of nature’s most incredible migrations! But their journey crosses roads and highways… so to keep them safe, people built special crab bridges    and tunnels, allowing the crabs to pass freely without harm.

52 Masters filming, 2022

Sunday morning, we met for a special kata class. Today it was being taught by Demura Sensei and filmed for an upcoming video for William Christopher Ford's series 52 masters, available on youtube with many different martial arts instructors and sensei. William and his crew, Curt and Jeff came early to set up lights for the photography,There were 25 in the class, mainly black belts. Demura Sensei sat in front and directed the class.

After this photo was taken they filmed seven of us who have been Demura Sensei's students for decades, some five plus decades. We spoke of how we came to train, what were some of the things we learned from Demura Sensei, and some funny stories. Demura Sensei will be the final 52nd  Master of the series,

*Three years later, you can see the 27 min. video below or, here.
