I heard a great TED talk today,
so good I should listen to it daily!
It's 10 ways to have a better conversation by Celeste Headlee. She is excellent, funny, 11 minutes goes by like 5, and it's here. When you have time, I think you'd enjoy it. Let me know?
Rest in Peace
If you have watched sports, college basketball in particular, you may be familiar with Sister Jean Dolores Schmidt of Loyola University Chicago, She has died at 106 years old. A Catholic nun, campus minister and official chaplain of the Ramblers men's basketball team. She came to every game, in a wheel chair the latter years, but always with aa her big smile, cheering the Loyola team. She was often referred to as their good luck charm.

What an interesting, wonderful blog again, Jacki. Thanks!
So, you are back home again. How do you feel about it? I personally don't like coming home too much. I have a beautiful home but I always have to get used to the daily routine again. On the other hand I wouldn't like to be away for a really long time.
Yes, I also was a physics teacher but my love was teaching math. Can you believe that this can be also very creative?
Jacki, I wish you a relaxing weekend.
For the Ted talk. I like it a lot.
I love to be home. I don't have a true routine. I get up and go to bed when I want. I eat when I want etc.A change from 33 years of marriage. And, yes, a good teacher can make anything creative, I believe.
Thank you Anonymous, me too, I think I need to hear it again. ;o)
