Drowned Crispy Taquitos 

Taquitos Dorados Ahogados

 

Found a great recipe here for these drowned taquitos.

As printed, it yields 40 taquitos, so it could be halved or quartered.

I just enjoyed looking at the picture and reading the recipe.
