Yesterday, before the Costco adventure (here) ...

I saw Dr. Sodl, Kaiser's top sports doctor/surgeon.

I got a cortisone shot in my left shoulder, 

he uses ultra sound for prefect placement, and I am a fan.

He had injected the right shoulder October 26th,

but who's counting? TMI?  feel free skip to the "&" below.

Both shoulders are bone-on-bone and I am told

I am a perfect candidate for shoulder replacement.

I may have no choice eventually, but for now, cortisone!

Which made me think of the similarities of my body

and my aging condo. Though only 21 years old ...

I have decided condos age in dog years!

This tiny place has so many things that don't work.

Like my body, I do what I can to work around them.

I got an early call from Grandhunk #1 who lives 1-1/2 miles away.

WW had called him to get my decorations down in the garage. 

She told him to hurry or I'd get up on a ladder & do it. She's right.

 I planned to move my car to set up the ladder ... no need.

At 6'5-1/2" he reached up & brought it down. ♥

I unloaded my goodies & he reached up & put away the empty.

Soon decorations will be in place, just a few special treasures.

Well that was the plan, but WonderWoman called and asked ... 

if I wanted to go with her to eat and find a pair of jeans?

WonderWoman had the Breakfast Pot Pie
Snooze’s homemade rosemary sausage gravy smothers a flaky puff pastry, topped with an egg your style (we’d say sunny side up!). You’ve reached breakfast bliss, complete with hash browns.

I had the OMG! French Toast
Bread & Cie brioche stuffed with mascarpone then griddled and topped with
vanilla crème, salted caramel, fresh strawberries and toasted coconut. O. M. G.

* I did take pictures of shopping at Nordstrom Rack, 

but will save that for a future blog.
