Day 1077: A hidden gem, just 7 miles from home?

results, junk mail collage

Yes!
Just seven miles from my home is this front door ...

so already you know you're entering someplace special.

Located in the upscale Enderle Center, Tustin, CA,

who said ...

Discoveries features the work of 60 or so nationally recognized artists at any given time.
Jewelry cases dominate the gallery, showcasing pieces made of everything from river rock to raw diamonds. Ceramics is another specialty, and clusters of black and white sgraffito vases draw you toward the cases. The selection includes the fabric collages of Chris Roberts-Antieau and the kinetic metal sculptures of Tomas Savrda. The gallery is filled with awe-inspiring American craft art.
While top quality comes at a price, there are always affordable pieces in the mix.

I call it eye candy, big time!

My favorite store/gallery ... ever!
Every item ...

by artists, by hand ...

whether ceramics ...

furnishings ...

fabrics, handmade dolls ...

all handcrafted with love ...

fabric purses, jewelry and artifacts ...

artwork, folk-art ...

wall art ...

mirrors, sculptures & more!

All one of a kind! Gems!
A real treat to see and enjoy.
I apologize I didn't get more photos of the gorgeous jewelry
that Discoveries is so famous for.
Glass cases and my limited photographic skill ...
made that problematic.
I am hoping you will go see for yourself?
You'll be glad you did.

A smile for Wednesday ...
