AppleCare and a step by step.
My laptop froze up and would not even allow me to select with the cursor! I couldn't even select force quit, but luckily remembered the keys. A call to AppleCare was in order, and even though they are really good, there is always some waiting. So, I pulled out a card and decided to do a step by step collage and during the process.

A quick ball point pen scribble, and the basket of scraps.

Using a glue stick and torn scraps, I follow the sketch.

A funny head position but I just went with it.
 |

Nothing great, but it kept me occupies during wait times.

Finished with outlining with black marker. About 30 mi.

Sitting here with 1/2 a TJ cinnamon roll (1/2 of 340 calories)and enjoying your creativity. But I am also wondering to myself: "what happened to Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, since I realize this is Thursday?" Then I remember: M: eye doctor, feverish grandchild, school pickup other grandchild. T: Still home grandchild, pick up things from Painting Pals, appointment on brother's memorial, needed a cashier's check with me, 5:00pm opening of "Magic of Color, Fiber and Form" show at HBAC. (Since it was my baby, I hoped it looked good: it did. ) Then drove 2 friends to dinner at Koi in Seal Beach. W: 8:00AM zoom fun watercolor class, then pick up grands at early pick up, help oldest to do a pop-up Concord plane, got youngest to have fun with watercolor, made memory boards for brother's ceremony. Wow! that's why it's Thursday! DO you have weeks like this? Mr Wolf is somewhere in Latin America on a cruise to Patagonia,. Something Mrs. Wolf had no interest in doing. His report: 90 degrees with 100% humidity: not for me! But the kids put trackers on both pairs of his shoes! LOL! Things are starting to reverse. Have you noticed that with your children and grandchildren? And aren't we lucky women. Thanks for a great start to the day, Jacki.

Yes, Carrol, you are a wonder. All you do for so many and still manage to eke out time for what you need to do or at least the plans for it. Yes, I have days when I do have a list of victories, but then I am a slug for the next and maybe next day! I will fly to NV tomorrow for a week, and be pampered by WW and play with my grandpup. Both January and February have flown by for me, I would appreciate it if March could have some decorum?
