| "Heddy & Bea": altered 1940 photograph |
This is an old family photo from 1940, before I was born. It shows my Aunt Bea (Dad's cousin) and her Mom, Aunt Heddy (Dad's Aunt) in California from Indiana. It was the first time they stepped in the Pacifiic Ocean.
I don't know who took the photo, but I love it.
WonderWoman drove us from Orange County this morning, we stopped in Barstow for a del Taco and then saw the remains of heavy rain adjacent to the highway 15. It made a for unusual shots, from the open window of her moving car.

and the reflection of the mountains and clouds.
Traffic was good, except at for Victorville, but that didn't last long.
Zoey welcomed us home. The best!

How wonderful you are staying with family again, Jacki.
