A Walk in Austria with Elenor

'Today was one of the few sunny autumn days after many dark and rainy days. We took a walk just a few miles away in a very quiet rural area. We only met one nice lady with her dog and chatted for a short while.  The colors of the leaves are still so bright."

"These bright colors will be gone within a week so we have to thankfully enjoy them right now.
Thinking of you, dear Jacki and sending you love."  elenor

Your photos are beautiful, as always! I am so thrilled to get them, they always come at such a perfect time and are appreciated by all of us. Thanks again.

Zoomed into

Meet Casper, the Great Pyrenees who proved what true courage looks like. When a pack of 11 coyotes attacked his flock in Georgia, Casper fought them off for nearly 30 minutes, refusing to back down while protecting the sheep he was trusted to guard.
After the fight, Casper disappeared for two days. When he returned, he was battered and badly wounded, but still alive. Thanks to the incredible work of veterinarians and the support of the community, Casper pulled through after multiple surgeries.
Today he stands as a symbol of loyalty, bravery, and the incredible bond between working dogs and the animals they protect.

How lovely of you to share my poor photos, Jacki. Yesterday it was raining all day with a bit of wind and now nearly all golden leaves are gone.
Your last smile is so right. The world seems a much better place without the news.
Thanks, Jacki. Have a good week ahead.
