Day 1230: Which is worse?

Today on my drive to day class ...

I was behind a Cadillac with a right turn signal flashing.

I thought surely he/she (I didn't see the driver)

would be turning right at the next corner?

This continued for two miles of busy city traffic,

with no right turn.

At the stop sign I noticed the license plate "DUMBLND".

That's the end of my story, but my question is ...

which is worse ...

a turn signal not being used at all?

or, a turn signal left on indefinitely?

What do you think? Let me know?
