Five Christmases Ago ...

In 2020,  I had holiday cards in progress.

II started with a bin of previous colored work. My Mother taught me  not to waste anything when possible. And so, I am an art hoarder. Always sure that a use will appear for my stuff, in time?

I cut elongated triangles, lot and lots in all colors & patterns.

Using brown kraft paper cards, I started arranging & playing.

In 2019 I didn't do cards, I ran out of time, so no cards. This year I have nothing but time, so no excuse.  One third went out yesterday, the rest will go tomorrow and laterthis week. I didn't get holiday stamps this year, but I am thinking the LOVE ones should be fine?

Back in 2005, David Choe was hired to paint the walls of Facebook’s very first office. He was offered $60,000 for the job - or a small slice of stock instead. He took the stock. Just 0.25% of the company.
Fast forward a few years, and that tiny decision turned into a fortune worth roughly $200 million when Facebook went public. A simple choice, a massive reward. It’s a reminder that sometimes taking a risk on belief and vision can pay off in ways money never could.
