A step-by-step. (a re-post from 2018)

Friend, Washington artist & Renaissance woman, Dorothy
allowed me to use a few of her great old family photos.

step 1

Above is the original photo of Dorothy's grandfather,
 what a handsome man.

step 2

I added part of my altered collage ...

step 3

... which produced the above composition.

step 4

Wanting to add interest to the lower part
of the composition, I added the small scrap.

step 5

One small slice added to bottom edge. Done.

step 6

Thank you Dorothy!

(I did try one more.)

63 years ago today, Dad walked me down the aisle.

Jacki, I enjoyed your step-by-step - you know that, don't you?
Watching Jane Davis creating is always so interesting. I love her work.
Richard Feynman is a name I know. He's a great and famous scientist and teacher.
And your last quote is so wise and so hard to follow. But I won't stop trying to learn.
Thanks for another wonderful blog.
Happy new week, Jacki.
