In a sign that spring has sprung, even in northern Japan, an 8km stretch of road between Aomori and Lake Towada, known as the "Snow Corridor," has been cleared and opened to traffic.

I do appreciate you who stop by this little blog when you can. I know you never know what you will get? When I first started 4609 days ago ... I was told to have a subject matter, so people would know what to expect. But, as is obvious by now, I don't follow directions well.

I guess maybe art friends stop by for the art stuff, and my Karate family tune in around tournament time, my family for family stuff, some stop by for the smiles? And, I just bounce around in between.

Thanks for your patience.
