Superman & WonderWoman cooked up a little feast and invited us.
Barbecued chicken, hot dogs, pasta salad, "fatoosh",
pickles, chips, guacamole, dips, grapes for dessert.
Funny how hot dogs say "holiday" to me?

So six "Young and the Reastless" and
5 grown-ups, 2 parents & 3 grandparents.
After the meal, the youngins' went up to four
different rooms to plaY video games together.
A fun day at the house on the hill

What could possibly go wrong?

You can't expect to have grapes around 18-22 year olds
without someone deciding to throw one to an open mouth?
If you don't know, boxer eat anything, anything.
They are known as the garbage disposal of the dog world.
During the video games, GH#2 noticed that Zoey found grapes.

The Superheroes googled: "Can Dogs Eat Grapes?"

Grape and raisin (dried grapes) toxicity is well documented in dogs.* Although the exact substance that causes the toxic reaction is not yet known, dogs should not eat grapes and raisins because even small amounts can prove to be fatally toxic for a dog.

Dogs of any age, breed, or gender may be affected. Grapes and raisins are bad for dogs because one of the most serious complications of grape/raisin toxicity is they can cause severe kidney damage leading to acute (sudden) kidney failure with lack of urine production (anuria). However, kidney failure is not seen in all dogs after ingestion of grapes or raisins, and again, the reason why some dogs are affected excessively, while others are not, is still being studied.

WonderWoman took Zoey to "$" emergency Animal Hospital,
where they induced vomiting, and there in the bucket were two halved grapes! They hydrated Zoey, with fluid under the skin

which will dissolve into the body within 24 hours.
Did you know they did that? I didn't.

WW will take her again tomorrow for more hydration.
WW says "NO MORE GRAPES!"
So much for a Labor Day adventure.

A smile for Tuesday ...

Love the stepping stone children photo! The noise you added really makes it even more vintage. :-)
