Day 218: "Graffiti Grandma" checking in ...

In case you didn't see yesterday's blog ...
I recently took a class with my new hero, Vyal!

Vyal
Of course he is amazing ... google him!

We were given one large sheet of heavy paper ...

and three nice smaller sheets ...

and one sheet of canvas paper ...

Vyal, behind my canvas paper graffiti

and unlimited use of MONTANA markers!

I was in heaven!

Such fun to drag a marker across paper ...

experimenting and layering ...

and, I brought along extra paper!
Not good paper, an old annual report ...

with lots of pages to rip out ...

I did 50 + ... I told you I was in heaven!

Maybe Grandma was a tagger in another life?

ps: I have lots more ...

Day 217: A Graffiti Grandma? Really?

Well,  Yes I am ...
I am lucky to live near Art Supply Warehouse,
and they offer classes ...

Give me markers or spray paint and ...
I am a happy camper.
Give me Montana markers & paper to play
for two hours ... I am in heaven!

I didn't know Vyal, but $10? I'm in.

Now I am his #1 fan.

About 20 artists watched Vyal demonstrate,

then we got busy.

Day 185: What's in a letter?

I ran an errand on my way to the referee clinic today.
And on a store window I discovered ...

Isn't it gorgeous?

Even if you don't see the beauty ...

stayed tuned ...

there's a challenge!

Now, aren't you curious?

These letters make up one word.

Of course I am giving them to you ...

out of their correct order.

I am like that.

A clue?
Letters were more worn toward the end.

Just like real life.

Answer tomorrow.
Just like real life.
