Due to my extreme skill at procrastination, my dear one, Noelle, is receiving her birthday gift belatedly. Way belatedly. Noelle is the older sister of Nova who receiver her gift almost on time. You just never know?

I've known this beautiful young lady since she was born, and her Dad since he was seven! So I wanted her gift to be special, I made a quick sketch of what I wanted the collage to be. Besides being smart and a great reader, she also is a dog-walker. A quick rough sketch...
Close enough, so I started tearing shapes of junk papers. After the limbs, I started on my favorite part, the shoes.
They look so huge, but maybe it will work out?
A lot of steps in between. I get busy hunting shapes and colors, the outlining and I forget to photograph.
