You may have noticed, I have a "thing" for everything Japanese.
Well maybe I should say, almost everything?
I have been to Japan five times, and I eat everything.
But "natto" and I are not happening.
Natto is fermented soybeans.
A traditional Japanese health food, nutritious & rich in protein.
The special 20 hour fermenting process ...
of adding the beneficial bacteria
enhances the nutrition, consistency & aroma.
Even in Japan, they call it is a "love it or hate it" food.
I tried, but the sticky, smelly beans are my exception.
