Today's blog is about "Team Jen",
as mentioned in earlier blogs here and here,

A group of young women ... who have grown up together,
have gained wisdom about life early, the hard way.
They lost their tiny, but mighty Jen 3 years ago,
after rallying around Jen for 2-1/2 years of doctor
appointments, errands, cleaning, planning activities
& just being what they had always been for 37 years ...
great friends.

The girls celebrate Jen's life each year.
Two years, Keri Case put Jens picture from
her memorial in a bottle and sent it off into the water in Newport.
Elaine (not knowing Jen) found that bottle later in Crystal Cove and started a Instagram account. Jennifertravelstheworld.
On Instagram you can listen as Elaine explain finding &
wanting to aid "teamJen" help Jen travel around the world.
She took Jen to Italy, Paris, Mexico and more.
If you go on Instagram, search & select jennifertravelstheworld,
you can click on each photo, see up close
as she travels. Some are very short videos,
you can join us if it appeals to you?

On Thursday, July 12, 2018 all 9 met &
spent the day in Newport Beach as "team Jen".

As the sun set, Elaine joined the group for the evening celebration.

(Elaine is in black)

and they did their traditional sparklers for Jen.

 then a great dinner.

I'm pretty sure Jen was watching and flashing that big smile!

In the "too good not to share" department ...

imagine seeing giant dolls, over two stores high,
walking down a street,  man powered by puppeteers
flying through the air on ropes?

Made by the France-based Royal Deluxe Theater Group.
For me, amazing, mesmerizing, jaw dropping, wonderful ...
and if you have kids, I bet they'd love it too.

Here are some all about 5 minutes in length.
