Back in the day when Holiday cards were in progress ...

I started with a bin of previous colored work. My Mother taught me not to waste anything, so the result is a bonafide art hoarder. Always sure that a need will appear for my stuff, in time? And it does, often.

I cut elongated triangles, lots in all colors & patterns.

Brown kraft paper cards, I started arranging & playing.

This year I didn't make cards, I ran out of time, so no cards. But in the year 2020 I had nothing but time, so no excuse. I didn't have holiday stamps that year, but the LOVE stamps worked out fine.

Before I got up this morning I was thinking of the tiny miracles that happen daily, and decided to take notice of them, each and every one. It could be turning a faucet and getting water, or it could be as small as not spilling my orange juice when I inadvertently brushed too close this morning. I exhaled with relief, then said thank you.  I think these tiny blessings happen all through the day for all of us, but maybe I go on with bigger, maybe more important stuff and forget to be grateful.

Your Christmas cards turned out so lovely . Thanks for sharing, Jacki.
I have to copy your pics to remember this cute idea for the next year. I hope you don't mind? This year I ran out of ideas and didn't yet send one card. Shame on me.
