I have spent most of today with this girl.
I started with an 18x24" digital that I did some time ago ...
and started laying in a face on top with acrylics.
I didn't want to completely obscure the background ...
but I didn't want the background to distract.
This was the background before I turned it for the girl.
The studio is a mess, but I cleaned my brushes ...
on my journal.

Love this one, Jacki. Just beautiful. I also enjoyed the step by step demo.
Thanks so much Judy for your comment and also for you feedback. Sometimes I get too close to it and don't see if I have gone to far. (I will do a post about that someday, there's a funny story that goes with it) I am going to tweak the skinny neck a bit and maybe add a touch of shoulders? Thanks again.
I love her hair and lips.
She had a little surgery yesterday. After I slept on it, the doctor decided on a bit of a nose job and also a neck/shoulder adjustment. Both slight but helpful. ;oD
