   'Miracle' Uber ride in Jersey leads to    driver donating kidney to passenger

The match was successful and the operation at Christiana Hospital was a success. The two have become lifelong friends all over a miracle car ride when Sumiel needed it the most. Because of Sumiel's age, he was told he needed a kidney immediately. And Letts, who normally worked in Cape May County, many miles to the south of Sumeil's home, just happened to be right nearby at the time of the Uber request.

"I know miracles have happened in the past. Maybe they never happened to me, maybe they have. But now I really have those beliefs reinforced."  Letts, a 33-year-old Army veteran, lives in Germany but plans to stay in contact with Sumiel through Facebook.

Day 2 of the girls trip to Lake Havasu. WW let the senior member of the group of three, sleep in until 10:15 am. She and Zoey had gone on a 3 mile walk.

 

 We solved that by going for breakfast to ...

 

Where we both had  chips, salsa and quacamole, plus one of us had a chicken taco salad, and the other had chicken tortilla soup. Both of us brought home half.

 We stopped by the house to drop off the food then went shopping.

 

 

Home to pick up Zoey and take her to the dog park.

 

Fun to watch her run, meet other dogs. She loves to be chased, but no one could keep up except a tiny dog.

On the way home, WW drove us through a combo Dunkin donuts and Baskins-Robbins31 flavors! Both got a single dip on a candy cone, one got cookies and cream, the other got gold medal ribbon.

It's now 7:50 pm and I am hoping to finish this silly blog soon? Then I will warm up my soup and have some salad, WW has and is done. She faster by far.
