Day 2390:  I like La Crosse & GH#3:

Lacrosse is a fast team sport played from the 1700's.
Played with a lacrosse stick & lacrosse ball,
indoors or outdoors. Players use the head of the lacrosse stick
to carry, pass, catch, and shoot the ball into the goal.

I am a newbie and have some studying to do,
but it is a fast game requiring speed, flexibility stamina,
and great eye-hand coordination.  La Crosse is often
compared to go hockey due to the fast playing style,

The game in Costa Mesa, 60', muddy field, we had rain last night.
There were skids and falls, but the guys didn't seem to mind.
But the City did, and cancelled after two games,
We were scheduled for four games, but it
seems the fields were being damaged.

GH#3, OLU senior, is playing Varsity on the school's first
La Crosse team.  They have a lot to learn but love it.
They would have to, to practice both before and after school!

GH#3 is # 38, 6'4, 225,@ 18.

Superman, GH#3 & WonderWoman

Zack played Varsity wrestling last year, damaging
his left shoulder requiring surgery, so when the La Crosse
Coach recruited he and many of his friends, he was happy.
And, we are all thrilled to be able to watch his games.
