Third day at the house on the hill. Laker, GH#3 and me.

Laker and I are a constant, GH#3 is in and out.

Working at Rockwell's, a super bakery and restaurant,

he also delivers the cakes that they are so famous for.

Today he delivered two big ones to the Nixon Library.

Laker and I were impressed. 

Also impressed to see downtown LA, from the house on the hill.

Rarely visible, 55 miles away, but on a clear day ...

the tall buildings are actually visible from Anaheim Hills.

Also visible, the snow covered mountains ...

The rain washed the plants so clean, they seem to sparkle.

I went to the 12:50 pm showing of movie, Upside.

One of my all time favorite films is The Intouchables. 

This is the award winning French film that Upside is based on.

In French, with subtitles, but so good you don't need the subtitles. 
I saw it three time in theaters, and bought the DVD. 
Upside is good and fun to watch, 
but if you like it, do yourself a favor and see the original.

The Superheroes return tomorrow, and I will go home.
