A little known fact ... WonderWoman hates beets!
(Talk about bizarre blog topics?)
It's true. Say the word beets & she'll make a face!
Her Mom, on the other hand, loves beets!
As a high school teenager, living with a single Dad
whose work schedule sometimes kept him from home,
she would open a can of beets for her dinner.
That with a tortilla warmed over an open flame ... yum!
So this morning, when faced with
low energy & fuzzy thinking ... she decided, eat beets!
And she did.
