Surviving Kangeiko!(see here)
Not that hard really.
Once you get up at 4:30AM and drive to the beach.
It was warmer this year, and the sunrise was spectacular.
I kept thinking this is what I miss ...
when I sleep in each morning.
To protect my iPhone from sand & water,
I didn't have it with me during our workout.
