Day 1563: One more. Can you handle one more?

"barren", junk mail collage, old photo & digital

I know I have done a lot of family stuff lately.
Hard not to when I was on Grandma duty, but ...
today is one more, can you handle one more?
I promise, art work tomorrow.

Today is Grandhunk #1's 19th birthday!
And for the first time, I have to send wishes long distance.

20 years ago today, I was blessed to be present
with the new parents as Jordan arrived.
A long, strong healthy boy who flexed his muscles
as the nurse laid him in the soft bassinet.
I have a picture of that somewhere,
but he wouldn't want me to share it.

Living near, I watched this young baby grow ...

But, so worth the wait!

it runs through November 29th and is always
a great show, worth a visit if you're near.
